CONSULTATION

During our consultation appointments, we provide comprehensive veterinary care for companion mammals, exotic pets, zoo animals, and wildlife. Our experienced team examines, diagnoses, and treats a wide range of medical conditions while placing great emphasis on preventive healthcare, early disease detection, and personalized advice for owners and animal caretakers.

GENERAL CLINICAL EXAMINATION

Following a thorough medical history, we perform a systematic clinical examination from head to tail. This includes assessment of the eyes, ears, and oral cavity (including the teeth), palpation of the lymph nodes, evaluation of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, examination of the skin and coat, assessment of body weight and body condition, and examination of the musculoskeletal system and abdominal organs.

To ensure that the examination is performed as safely and stress-free as possible, some animals may require sedation or general anaesthesia.

Preventive Medicine and Health Screening

Preventive veterinary medicine plays a key role in maintaining your animal's long-term health. Our preventive services include:

  • Initial health examinations for newly acquired animals
  • Routine health examinations for individual animals and animal collections
  • Vaccinations and parasite control to protect against infectious diseases
  • Advice on husbandry, nutrition, and preventive healthcare

Animal Identification

Permanent identification using a microchip provides reliable and unambiguous identification of your animal. Should your animal ever become lost, the microchip greatly increases the likelihood of a rapid reunion with its owner.
